399bet bd's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. The Bronze tier offers up to 0.4% weekly cashback, Silver offers 0.8%, and Gold offers up to 1.2% weekly cashback. This cashback is paid at the applicable rate on the week's total net losses. For example: a Silver tier member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 in cashback.

VIP tier changes are determined based on a member's activity and participation. VIP cashback is paid once per week and is credited directly to the account.
